Use as directed by your healthcare provider. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin once daily, preferably at night, unless told otherwise. If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose. Do not apply two layers at the same time.
Retinoic acid speeds up skin cell turnover and unclogs pores. Azelaic acid lowers skin bacteria and calms redness. Niacinamide supports the skin barrier and reduces dark spots. Hyaluronic acid pulls water into the outer skin layers, adding softness and reducing dryness. Most users begin to notice smoother skin and fewer blemishes after 4–8 weeks, with full benefits in about 12 weeks. Results last as long as the cream is used regularly.
Do not use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding (retinoic acid can harm an unborn baby). Do not use if you are allergic to retinoids, azelaic acid, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, or any ingredient in this cream. Avoid use on broken, sunburned, or infected skin. Not for children under 12 years old unless directed by a pediatric dermatologist.
Avoid using other topical retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, strong exfoliating acids (like glycolic or salicylic acid >2%), or alcohol-based toners at the same time, as they may increase irritation. If you take medicines that make you sensitive to sunlight (such as certain antibiotics or diuretics), speak with your provider because added sun sensitivity can occur. Tell your provider about all prescription, over-the-counter, vitamin, and herbal products you use, especially St. John’s wort, because it can also increase sun sensitivity.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Discard any unused cream 12 months after opening or by the expiration date, whichever comes first. Use a drug take-back program or mix the leftover cream with coffee grounds in a sealed bag before putting it in household trash.

Can I wear makeup over the cream?
Yes. Allow the cream to fully absorb and follow with your regular moisturizer and sunscreen. You can then apply makeup as usual.
How should I apply the cream around sensitive areas like eyes or lips?
Avoid direct application to eyelids, lips, and the corners of the nose. Apply a plain moisturizer or ointment to those areas first to create a buffer.
