Clinical Information

Use as directed by your healthcare provider. Apply a thin layer to the external genital area shortly before sexual activity, or as instructed. Wash hands before and after application. Do not apply more than once in 24 hours unless told to do so by your provider. If you forget a dose, use it when remembered but never use two doses at the same time.

Arginine raises nitric oxide levels, which relaxes tiny muscles in blood vessel walls. Papaverine further widens these vessels by blocking an enzyme that causes them to tighten. Alprostadil, a form of prostaglandin E1, also relaxes smooth muscle and brings more blood to the area. Most users feel warmth or tingling within 5–20 minutes, and effects generally last 1–2 hours.

Do not use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding (safety has not been established). Do not use if you are allergic to arginine, papaverine, alprostadil, or any cream ingredients. Do not apply to broken, irritated, or infected skin. Avoid use if you have uncontrolled low blood pressure, severe heart disease, or genital bleeding disorders. Not for use in children or men.

Using this cream with other medicines that lower blood pressure (such as nitrates, beta-blockers, or phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors like sildenafil) may cause dizziness or fainting. Blood thinners (warfarin, apixaban) may raise the risk of bruising at the application site. Alcohol can increase dizziness. Tell your provider about all prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, and herbal products—including ginkgo, ginseng, or niacin—that you use.

Very common (may affect more than 1 in 10 people): mild warmth, tingling, or redness at the application site that fades within 30 minutes. Common (may affect up to 1 in 10 people): itching, slight burning, headache, or flushing. Uncommon (may affect up to 1 in 100 people): dizziness, low blood pressure, mild nausea. Rare but serious: severe genital pain, swelling, or a rash that spreads; fainting; trouble breathing. Stop use and seek medical help right away if serious reactions occur.

Store at room temperature (68-77°F, 20-25°C). Keep the pump tightly closed and upright. Protect from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Dispose of unused or expired cream through a pharmacy take-back program or mix it with coffee grounds in a sealed bag before placing in household trash.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:How long before intimacy should I apply Euphoria Cream?

A:Most people apply it about 15–30 minutes before sexual activity so the medicine has time to work. Follow the timing your healthcare provider recommends.

Q:Can I use Euphoria Cream every day?

A:Use it only when needed and no more than once in 24 hours unless your provider tells you otherwise. Daily use is usually not necessary for good results.

Q:What should I do if the cream causes burning or irritation?

A:Mild warmth is expected, but burning that hurts should be washed off with mild soap and water. If discomfort lasts more than 30 minutes or your skin becomes very red or swollen, stop using the cream and contact your provider.

Q:Is it safe to use with condoms or sex toys?

A:Yes, the cream is water-based and should not weaken latex or silicone. However, let it fully absorb and wipe off any extra residue before using condoms or toys to avoid slippage.

Q:Can this medication help with low libido caused by menopause?

A:Euphoria Cream improves local blood flow and sensitivity, which may enhance arousal even in menopause. It does not change hormone levels, so discuss with your provider whether it fits your overall treatment plan.

Q:What if I accidentally apply too much?

A:Wipe away the extra with a clean tissue. Using more than prescribed will not increase pleasure and can raise the chance of side effects like dizziness or irritation.

Q:Do I need to avoid alcohol while using this cream?

A:Small amounts of alcohol are generally safe, but drinking heavily can add to dizziness or low blood pressure. Use moderation and listen to your body.

Q:How long will one 30 g pump last?

A:Most patients find the pump provides about 30 applications when using the recommended pea-sized amount per use, but this can vary based on personal needs.

Quad-Mix

This compounded injectable medication (often called “Quad-Mix”) contains four active drugs that work together to improve erectile function in adult men. When injected into the side of the penis before sexual activity, the medicine relaxes smooth muscle, widens blood vessels, and reduces outflow so more blood stays in the erectile tissue. A very small volume is used, and the effect starts within about 5–20 minutes and can last 30–90 minutes. Because it is a sterile compound prepared for each patient, strength ratios and vial size may vary based on your prescriber’s order.
