Adults: Prime the pump before first use. Apply 0.5 mL (about a pea-sized amount) to the head and shaft of the penis or clitoral area 10–15 minutes before sexual activity. Gently massage until absorbed. Do not exceed 4 applications in 24 hours. If you miss a planned application, use it when remembered but never double the amount. Wash hands with soap and water right after applying. Not for continuous daily use longer than 12 weeks without medical review. Elderly patients (65+) should start with half the usual amount to check skin tolerance.
When rubbed on the skin, Arginine boosts local nitric oxide, while Theophylline and Pentoxifylline block enzymes that tighten blood vessels. Ergoloid Mesylate widens tiny arteries. Together they relax smooth muscle and improve blood flow in the applied area. Most users feel warmth or tingling within 5–10 minutes; effects can last up to 60 minutes. Better circulation can lead to quicker arousal and firmer erections in men or heightened sensitivity in women.
Do not use if you are allergic to Theophylline, Arginine, Ergoloid Mesylate, Pentoxifylline, caffeine-like drugs, or any cream ingredient. Do not apply to broken, irritated, or infected skin. Avoid use if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding, because safety is unknown. Do not use if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe heart disease, recent stroke, or active peptic ulcer, as increased circulation could worsen these conditions. Not for children under 18.
Even though this is a topical product, small amounts may enter the bloodstream. Using it with nitrate medications (e.g., nitroglycerin, Isosorbide), PDE5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra), or strong blood-pressure drugs may cause low blood pressure, dizziness, or fainting—talk to your prescriber first. Large caffeine intake or other theophylline-containing medicines can increase jitteriness or heart racing. Avoid applying other medicated creams to the same area within 1 hour. Tell your pharmacist about all medicines, supplements, and herbal products you use.
Very common (more than 1 in 10 users): warm or tingling feeling at application site—usually fades within minutes. Common (1–10 in 100): mild redness, temporary itching, slight headache. Uncommon (1–10 in 1,000): rapid heartbeat, dizziness, nausea. Rare but serious: severe skin rash, swelling of lips or tongue, chest pain—seek emergency care right away. Most mild reactions go away after washing the cream off. If irritation lasts longer than 30 minutes or worsens, stop use and contact your provider.
Store at room temperature 68–77°F (20–25°C) in the original pump with cap tightly closed. Keep away from heat, freezing, and direct sunlight. Do not store in the bathroom where humidity is high. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Discard 90 days after first use or by the labeled expiration date, whichever comes first. Use a pharmacy take-back program or seal the empty pump in a plastic bag with household trash.

Use one pump, equal to about 0.5 mL or a pea-sized amount. Spread a thin layer over the target area so it fully absorbs. Using more will not improve results and may raise side-effect risk.
Most people notice warmth and increased sensitivity within 5–10 minutes, with peak effect around 15 minutes. Plan to apply the cream shortly before sexual activity.
Combining them may drop your blood pressure too much. Talk with your prescriber before using them together, and never take nitrates at the same time.
Wash the area with mild soap and cool water. If redness or burning lasts more than 30 minutes or gets worse, stop using the cream and call your healthcare provider.
Some women may use it for clitoral stimulation, but safety in pregnancy or breastfeeding has not been proven. Women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are nursing should not use it.
Keep it in its cap, inside a zip-top bag, and away from extreme temperatures. Do not leave it in a hot car or checked luggage where it may freeze.
