Peptide Therapy, Compounded by Prescription
Targeted peptide formulations prepared by a pharmacist for one patient — never off the shelf, never without a prescription.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body. We prepare peptide therapies that your provider prescribes for wellness, recovery, skin, and metabolic support — compounded in patient-specific strengths and delivery forms. Peptides are dispensed only with a valid prescription.

- 02Your provider sends us a prescription with the peptide, strength, and form
- 03Your prescription is compounded in our labs or sourced from FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities
- 04We counsel you on reconstitution, storage, dosing, and disposal
- 05Your provider monitors your response and adjusts the prescription as needed
We only compound peptides that can be lawfully prepared by a 503A pharmacy from quality-verified active ingredients, and only against a valid prescription from a licensed provider. We do not sell “research” peptides, we do not dispense without a prescription, and we follow current FDA and state-board guidance on which substances may be compounded. If a requested peptide cannot be compounded compliantly, we will tell you and your prescriber why.
Common questions.
Yes. We dispense compounded peptides only with a valid prescription from a licensed provider. We do not sell peptides for “research” use and we do not dispense without a prescription.
We compound peptides that a 503A pharmacy can lawfully prepare from quality-verified active ingredients — for example sermorelin, glutathione, NAD+, PT-141, and oxytocin. Peptides such as BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, ipamorelin, thymosin alpha-1, and epitalon are not on FDA’s list of substances a 503A pharmacy may compound, so we don’t make them. If your prescription is for one of these, we’ll explain why to you and your prescriber.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products. They are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient pursuant to a prescription. Your prescriber decides whether a compounded peptide is appropriate for you.
Most peptides are temperature-sensitive. We counsel you on refrigeration, reconstitution, and beyond-use dating so your medication stays stable.
Any licensed prescriber can send us a prescription. If your provider has questions about formulation options or sourcing, our pharmacists are glad to consult with them directly.
