Clinical Information
Use as directed by your healthcare provider. If you miss an injection, give it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not give two injections at the same time. Your provider will decide how often and how long you should use this medication.
The four nutrients in Lipo Plus work together to help your body use fat for energy. Methionine, inositol, and choline are called lipotropics—they help move fat from the liver so it can be burned by muscles. Vitamin B6 supports enzymes that turn food into usable energy and balances amino acid levels. Most people notice improved energy within a few days, while changes in body composition usually take several weeks of regular use along with diet and exercise. Effects last about 24-48 hours after each injection.
Do not use if you are allergic to Vitamin B6, methionine, inositol, choline, or any ingredient in this product (may cause rash, swelling, or trouble breathing). Do not use if you have severe liver disease or advanced kidney disease because excess amino acids can build up. Avoid if you have Leber’s disease or other hereditary optic nerve problems, as high doses of Vitamin B6 may worsen vision loss. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless your provider decides the benefits outweigh the risks. This product is not approved for children under 12 years old.
Moderate: High doses of Vitamin B6 can reduce the effect of levodopa used without carbidopa for Parkinson’s disease. Isoniazid, penicillamine, and oral contraceptives may lower Vitamin B6 levels, so your provider may adjust doses. Methionine may increase blood acidity if taken with large amounts of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). Alcohol can decrease absorption of B vitamins and increase liver stress; limit to light or moderate use. Tell your provider about all medicines, supplements, and herbal products you take.
Common (may affect up to 1 in 10 people): mild pain, redness, or warmth at the injection site; upset stomach; mild diarrhea; feeling flushed or warm. Uncommon (1-10 in 1,000 people): headache, dizziness, unusual body odor from sulfur in methionine. Rare but serious (less than 1 in 1,000 people): allergic reactions with rash, itching, swelling of face or throat, trouble breathing; severe nausea or vomiting; numbness or tingling in hands or feet from high Vitamin B6 levels. Most minor reactions improve within a few hours. Stop use and seek medical help right away if you notice signs of an allergic reaction or severe nerve problems.
Store refrigerated at 36-46°F (2-8°C). Keep the vial upright in the original carton to protect from light. Do not freeze. Once punctured, discard any unused solution after 28 days. Do not use if the solution is cloudy, contains particles, or changes color. Keep away from children and pets. Dispose of expired or unused medication through a pharmacy take-back program or per local regulations—do not pour down the drain.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q:How often should I get a Lipo Plus injection?
A:Your healthcare provider will set a schedule based on your weight-loss plan, usually once or twice a week. Do not change the frequency without talking to your provider.
Q:When will I start to see results?
A:Many people feel more energetic within a few days. Noticeable changes in weight or measurements often take 4-6 weeks of regular injections, healthy eating, and exercise.
Q:Does the injection hurt?
A:Most people feel only a quick pinch and mild pressure. Using a small gauge needle and relaxing the muscle helps reduce discomfort. Any soreness usually fades within a few hours.
Q:Can I take vitamins or fat burners with Lipo Plus?
A:Tell your provider about any supplements. Most multivitamins are safe, but products that contain extra B6 or stimulant fat burners may increase side effects like jitteriness or numbness.
Q:Is it safe to drink alcohol while using Lipo Plus?
A:Limit alcohol because it can strain the liver and counteract the fat-moving benefits of the injection. An occasional drink is usually fine, but heavy drinking should be avoided.
Q:What should I do if the solution looks cloudy or has particles?
A:Do not use the vial. Cloudiness or particles may mean the product is contaminated or degraded. Dispose of it safely and contact your pharmacy for a replacement.

Alpha lipoic acid, also known as ALA, provides the body with a powerful antioxidant that supports essential cellular functions and protects against damage. Alpha lipoic acid is naturally produced by the body and can be obtained from dietary sources. ALA injections are quickly absorbed and distributed throughout the major organs, supporting blood sugar levels and energy production.

L-Carnitine Injection
L-Carnitine Injection supplies a concentrated dose of the amino-acid–like nutrient L-carnitine. Your body uses L-carnitine to move fat into the parts of cells that burn it for energy. Healthcare providers may prescribe these injections to support weight-loss plans, boost exercise endurance, or help with certain metabolic conditions. This sterile solution is made for intramuscular or slow intravenous use under medical supervision.

Liraglutide Injection
